Oh to live an idyllic life on the Sardinian shore. This may be my favorite cookbook. I've admittedly only tried one recipe (Caramelized Upside-Down Apricot Cake), but it's one of my staple cakes. I need to try the Cantucci. She uses things like hazelnut flour and has recipes for Italian classics like marzipan fruits. Her dedication to Sardinian desserts and the variety she covers is appealing and special. Also, the color scheme is...perfect.
