More Than Cake by Natasha Pickowicz

Natashaaaa! Her playful approach inspires me. I love the ingredients she uses. My favorite part of the book are her instructions on how to assemble a layer cake in a springform pan after baking the cake in a sheet tray and preparing all the other elements. I stand by this technique!
