
I find this book less approachable from a cooking standpoint but golly it's gorgeous. Shiny white cover with pink, green, and blue graphic font. Pink-edged paper. Yellow full bleeds inside!? As with any restaurant cookbook, the recipes are generally daunting (either because of the lengthy method or the succinct and highly specific ingredient list), but it features my favorite types of food: pastas, meats, heavily cooked vegetables. I should wipe the dust off its handsome cover and get to cooking.
